How it works and the benefits
of our secure records storage services.
We store your records in a secure, climate-controlled,
pest-controlled storage environment. Your records stay safe and dry.
Your company provides for us a list of personnel who are authorized to
view these documents. Each of these authorized personnel must complete
an authorization form with your signature. Each person will need to
show ID, including social security number in order to view documents.
For your protection, if an individual is not on our authorized list
(which you give us) they will not be able to view documents unless and
until you provide a signed authorization.
Upon request by authorized personnel, files will be
retrieved based on box and file number and brought to our secure
conference room. You may request delivery of files and may make
request to destroy and/or remove files from our premises if you
choose.
